About

For more than 30 years, our law firm and its predecessors have been giving skilled attention to the individual needs of people seeking debt relief through the bankruptcy process.

If you are faced with debts you cannot afford to pay, and especially if you are being threatened with serious consequences like foreclosure or wage garnishment, you owe it to yourself to learn more about your bankruptcy options.

Identifying Issues Before They Become Problems

We spend meaningful time with each client, gaining insight into his or her financial circumstances and reasons for considering bankruptcy, from divorce or illness to job loss or problems running a small business. Then we research all possible issues to ensure that if the client moves forward with Chapter 7, Chapter 11, or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, it goes smoothly with no surprises.

A good, problem-free bankruptcy filing is a matter of careful preparation. We believe we are unique in the extent of our preparation for each and every filing.

Our detailed work has gained us the respect of the legal community in Nebraska and Iowa. We get many referrals from other attorneys, and the bankruptcy trustees know that they can rely on us to be honest and work constructively toward the successful completion of the bankruptcy process.

Providing Valuable Services Efficiently

At John T. Turco & Associates, we use our savvy and experience to work efficiently, keeping our fees reasonable while still providing you with in-depth attention. We accept several payment options, including debit cards, in order to make the payment process easier for you.

We can help. Contact us to speak to one of our experienced bankruptcy lawyers or to arrange a free initial consultation. If you cannot come to our Omaha offices, we can consult with you by telephone.
